What is ExtraTickets?
We connect buyers and sellers of tickets on our platform. We want to be better than the rest and offer transparency by charging the customer what the customer sees on the screen. Buy tickets with no extra fees, delivery fees, or whatever other fees companies may think of. Our tickets are 100% valid for entry because new tickets are generated when they are transferred to your name.
What events can I buy tickets for?
Almost any event happening in Canada that allows you to transfer your tickets to another person electronically. NHL, MLB, NBA, concerts, festivals, racing events, etc. If you don’t see your event and you want to sell or buy tickets for it, contact us and we may add it to our site.
What happens if my tickets sell?
We will notify you immediately when your tickets sell so you can take them off the market if you are trying to sell them elsewhere. Your email notification will include the recipient for the tickets. You will then need to transfer those tickets within 12 hours, but if the event is sooner than 12 hours away you should transfer them sooner, or 4 hours before the event starts. If there are less than 4 hours left until the event, you must transfer the tickets as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel the sale if we have not heard from you.
Who sets the price on tickets?
The seller sets the price of tickets and no one else. We do not control the prices that tickets are sold at.
Who is selling tickets to me?
Sellers list tickets on our website and transfer them to you after the sale. We do not hold or see tickets that our clients purchase.
